So let's continue to explore the labor market during the war. See what went on with the vacants and the jobs.dou.ua in May 2023 and what was the company activity. From an interesting month this month: The amount of vacancy has increased, and quite substantially - at 17%; The companies booked the record this year the number of vacations in categories for beginners; The average number of reviews, on the other hand, went down a little bit. At this point, the number of vacancies for beginners was even a little bit reduced when comparing with the flower, so the reason for reducing competition is probably because the professionals were less active on vacancy. Among the QA-3-5 years of experience, the average number of reviews went down by 6%, out of 1 or 3 years of experience -- 5%. Instead, the QA experience of 5 + years has increased by 58% a month, and is a record of 45 responses to the vacancy. The front ones have the same situation. In addition to + 5 years of experience, competition has increased by 34%, and the record is 47 percent per vacancy. In category 3-5 years increase by 3%. While there are less experienced candidates, there is a significant decline in quality of vacancy response: 1-3 years of experience -- 20%, less than a year -- 12%.
