The bonus program on we.ua gives all our customers the opportunity to save and receive additional benefits from cooperation with the Platform.
What are bonuses?
In general, bonuses are part of the Loyalty Program and are used to attract users to use the company's commercial services.
Bonuses are a virtual asset on the Platform that can be spent when paying for services on the website or when buying goods in our online store. Bonuses cannot be transferred to another user of the Platform, withdrawn to a card, or topped up with them on a mobile phone. The value of 1 bonus is equivalent to 1 hryvnia.
How to check available bonuses
The current balance of bonuses and the entire history of their accruals are available in the "My bonuses" section. The balance available for use is shown above, and the table shows a chronological list of accruals of all bonuses. Also, the table contains links to posts or photos that readers liked and for which bonuses were awarded.
How to spend them
There are several ways to use accumulated bonuses on the we Platform:
- apply them when paying for advertising services on the we.ua website
- apply them when paying for promotion services on the we.ua website
- apply them when paying for access services to the paid API of the we: Platform (sending messages to applications, access to CRM channels, etc.);
- apply them when paying for goods in the online store on the we.ua website
Next, we will explain how to accumulate bonuses on we:
Cashback 10%
We return 10% of online card payments for services to the Bonus account. This will allow you to use them at the next payment and significantly save the marketing budget. When paying by card through online payment systems, bonuses in the amount of 10% are accrued automatically. When paying for services provided under the contract to an IBAN account, bonuses are calculated manually after receiving payment from the Client.
Referral program
Our referral program gives an additional reward to Users for each invited friend who registers as a result of the invitation. The reward is 10 bonuses. It is not accrued immediately after registration, but the next day after the newly created User fulfills a few simple conditions.

Bonuses for liking posts
We highly value the content of the authors and each unique user post on our Platform. That is why we want to reward the authors of the most popular posts with additional bonuses. And how best to determine the popularity of a post, if not by preferences? The more likes from readers - the more bonuses the Author will receive.
Bonuses for likes are not accrued instantly, but the next day (approximately from 9 am to 12 am). For each positive like, we will add 0.1 bonus to the Author's balance. Personal preferences are not taken into account.
Bonuses for photo likes
Did you know that you can open a photo in each post in a separate modal window, leave likes and comments on it?
Just like posts, photos and other graphic images of Content Authors are extremely valuable and interesting to all users of the Platform.
For each positive like (first 4 emotions: Like, Heart, Funny, Surprised) to the photo published in the post, we will also give 0.1 bonus to the Author to his bonus account.
