Policy on Prevention of Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE)

1. Introduction

We.ua strictly prohibits any content or activity related to child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE). We adhere to international child protection standards and take all necessary measures to prevent such violations.

2. Prohibited content and actions

The following is strictly prohibited on the we.ua platform :

•     Publishing, sharing or storing any content that contains sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
•     Any actions that facilitate or encourage sexual abuse of children.
•     Dissemination of materials containing images or descriptions of a sexual nature involving minors.
•     Using the platform for recruitment, manipulation or other forms of exploitation of children.

3. Content moderation

Materials posted on the Platform may be reviewed by moderators. Content that violates this policy will be immediately removed, and users who post it may be subject to sanctions, including account suspension and referral to law enforcement.

4. Notification of violations

If you find content that violates this policy or suspect illegal activity, please immediately send us an email at [email protected] "Report" in the context menu (three dots at the top) of the post.

You can also report a Platform user account if you believe it violates this policy.

We will consider each request and take the necessary measures.

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the law or new threats. The updated version will be posted on this page.
