Criticism of the authorities or public figures is undesirable on WE.UA. Any material with such criticism will be removed immediately!
Calls by the User to overthrow the current government or the constitutional order in Ukraine are considered a conscious and public violation of the norms and rules of International Law and the laws of Ukraine and will be considered sufficient grounds for bringing to legal responsibility within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine or the sovereign state of which the user is a citizen or resident User spreading dangerous appeals.
All users are obliged to notify the detected similar calls, first of all, to the support service [email protected] , or through the system of complaints about the posts of Users.
In the event that you have facts of corruption or other violations by representatives of the authorities, contact the authorized bodies (DBI, Prosecutor's Office, Police), file a statement and demand the response of the official who accepted it, in accordance with the procedure established by law.
There is a very fine line between criticism of representatives of any branch of government and calls for the overthrow of the constitutional order. So that none of the WE.UA users wants to cross this line, we are forced to completely prohibit all criticism of the government in order to protect the project, its Users and the Administration from political persecution or liability for insulting the honor, dignity and business reputation of public figures.
In addition, criticism and opposition to the current government during the period of martial law and undeclared war (military aggression) of the Russian Federation and its population against Ukraine is a strategically ill-considered and harmful decision in which the WE.UA Administration does not participate.
Instead of unconstructive criticism of the government, offer your help and services to solve this or that issue. We promote the synergy of public activists and local authorities.
We urge you to find compromises for the sake of survival, reconstruction and prosperity of Ukraine!
