About the aggression of the Russian Federation

The term "Aggression" refers to the undeclared war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, which began in 2014 with all its numerous war crimes committed by the regime of the Russian Federation and the population of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

On the justification of the aggression of the Russian Federation

The justification of the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine is collaborationism and a sign of full and unquestionable cooperation with the war criminals and the dictatorial regime of the Russian Federation, as well as the recognition of sharing responsibility with them for their war crimes. Materials containing doubts about the guilt of the Russian Federation and its population (including emigrants who have not renounced their citizenship of the Russian Federation) in war crimes are a justification for the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

WE.UA services cannot be used by Users to spread Kremlin propaganda, justify the military aggression of the Russian Federation, its war crimes, or to justify the guilt of the Russian population.

In cases where the User has been noticed for spreading (including unconsciously) theses or veiled manipulations of Russian propaganda in relation to Ukraine on any website, platform, or messenger, his actions are considered a justification for the aggression of the Russian Federation .

Such a user will be denied the provision of information services forever (based on Email, phone, full name).

For objective reasons, the WE.UA administration refuses to provide information services:

• to the entire population of the Russian Federation;
• holders of Russian passports;
• emigrants from the Russian Federation;
• residents of the Russian Federation;
  
• to the population and residents of the Republic of Belarus;
• to the population and residents of Iran;
• persons (including legal persons) who conduct economic activity in the Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus and Iran;
• persons (including legal persons) who help the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and Iran to circumvent the economic sanctions imposed against them.

Attempts by the above-mentioned persons to obtain information services (visiting sites, installing applications, sending requests, etc.) contrary to the prohibition of the WE.UA administration, are considered an attack and intentional damage to the infrastructure of the WE.UA project and entail responsibility for committed violations in accordance with current legislation of Ukraine.
